DEZE FOODS PEPPER SOUP RECIPE
INGREDIENTS FOR PEPPER SOUP
- Deze Foods Pepper Soup Mix
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
- Additional hot pepper to your taste (optional)
- 4 cups of water (32 ounces)
METHOD/COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut up the meats of your choice or fish, clean and wash and set aside.
- Place the pieces of meats or fish in a pot and season with seasonings of your choice.
- Pour the Deze Foods pepper Soup Mix into the pot of meats or fish and mix it well.
- Place the pot with its contents on the stove to steam for 10 minutes with lid on. Pour enough water to cover the contents of the pot.
- Cook and bring to a boil, check the tenderness of the meats to your individual preference and taste of soup. Shouldn’t cook for more than 30 minutes if making with regular tender meat. Fish pepper soup takes lesser time to make.
NOTE:
The amount of water, salt and chicken bouillon needed would depend on individual preference. If your meat is tougher, then you would need to cook the meats till almost tender before pouring the pepper soup mix into it and more water to cover the meats.
